NOTICE is hereby given that by a deed poll dated the 21st day of April 1942 and duly enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on the 28th day of April 1942 I, Emerentia Bregazzi of 72 Camberwell Church Street Camberwell in the county of London the legal Guardian of Ascanius Dennis Bregazzi of 72 Camberwell Church Street aforesaid a natural born British subject renounced and abandoned the surname of Bregazzi and the first name of Ascanius and assumed on his behalf the surname of Noble and the first names of Henry Alan and determined to continue the Christian name of Dennis so that henceforth on all occasions whatsoever and at all times he shall sign and use and be called and known by the name of HENRY ALAN DENNIS NOBLE in lieu of and in substitution for his former names of Ascanius Dennis Bregazzi. - Dated this 21st day of April 1942.
